The Aviation Maintenance Technology program's aim is to prepare students for careers as Aviation Airframe and Powerplant Maintenance Mechanics. Students are taught to inspect, repair, service, and overhaul airframes and powerplants of both big and small aircraft using FAA-approved classroom curriculum and actual shop training.

Responsibilities
Aircraft engines and assemblies, including as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, are diagnosed, adjusted, repaired, or overhauled.
This 12-month program's goal is to provide specialized experience for employment in the field of Aviation Electronics. Individuals who complete this course will be able to test, troubleshoot, maintain, replace, and repair aviation electronic systems and components on both big and small aircraft.
Responsibilities
Install, check, test, adjust, or repair avionics equipment in aircraft or space vehicles, such as radar, radio, navigation, and missile control systems.
Curriculum/Courses
Aviation Safety/Fundamentals in the First Trimester
Electricity and electronics are fundamental concepts.
Second Trimester: Communication, Analog and Digital Instruments, and Navigation Systems Basic Troubleshooting, Repair, and Soldering
Aircraft Electrical, Avionics Systems, and Aircraft Maintenance in the Third Trimester
