The PIA Pittsburgh Campus was one of the earliest aircraft maintenance colleges to open its doors, and it is where the heritage began. Many in the aviation industry refer to our campus in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, simply as "The Institute," with over 100,000 square feet of classrooms, shops, labs, and hangar space specifically designed for the most effective hands-on training environment.
We have a fleet of aircraft for instruction, including a North American Sabreliner, a Rockwell Jet Commander, two Beechcraft U-8′s, a King-Air 90, and several others. Furthermore, the Pittsburgh Campus is the only PIA campus with an FCC-certified simulated radio repair shop, which was created particularly for our Aviation Electronics AST Degree program.

It's crucial to know that you're not alone in negotiating your financial plan while you prepare for your school.
Most students rely on a financial plan that includes a variety of resources. We'll look into your eligibility for various financial aid programs, loans, grants, and scholarships to help you decide what's ideal for your specific situation.
At PIA, we think that a high-quality education should be offered in a transparent manner, including the ability to evaluate how your investment compares to your earning potential. A solid financial plan should be free of surprises, which is precisely what you should anticipate when you meet with the PIA Financial Aid Office.
'Where am I going to live because you don't have residence halls?' is one of the most common queries I hear in Admissions. Or 'Where will my son/daughter be staying for school, and is it safe?' When I went off to college, it was somewhat simple because I stayed in a resident hall, but it was also extremely expensive, and my parents and I had no say over who I lived with. While attending PIA isn't nearly as simple as attending a school with a resident hall, you can attempt to find a place that fits within your budget.
To help with this search, PIA provides a list of properties that have previously been utilized by PIA students, as well as numerous new postings. PIA does not promote or guarantee any of the items on this list. Furthermore, when searching on one's own, the Internet can be a valuable tool. The student and the property management or owner make all arrangements. PIA IS NOT INVOLVED IN ANY WAY IN THESE AGREEMENTS.
